We were talked about for having the best looking Agency clients for the year of 2007. Every male on set wanted to bring them home to meet Mama. Don't be fooled by their pretty looks though. In a meeting room dominated by men, their voices were heard the most. Girl Power!!!
Shoot went on fine.. all except for the part where the talents had to be veiled up for the Saudi version. Here's why.....
Took us 3 hours to get it right! So what do we do in the meantime? We mucked around of course...
Auntie Steven, our Asst. Wardrobe stylist sms-ing away. Shan, getting a tan by the 4k PAR light. Alvin, our DOP checking his 4D lottery results and Muthu, our CHAMPION craft servicing Director fervently calling home to see if his wife gave birth.What else was there to do???!!!!
Oh speaking of Muthu the Champs, I can't help but post the following pictures. Craft Servicing is no easy job... He made sure we had chairs to sit on, tables to eat from, waters aplenty, bins to litter in and of course, mozzie repellents so we all don't die of dengue fever.... Our motto is "NO MUTHU, NO GO"
He's a darling... so, Alex the Soundman, it wasn't very nice of you to give him THAT magazine to read from! He's a married man for crying out loud!!!Yes... it was 36 hours of pure adrenaline fun. Thank you all for a great shoot!! Now just waiting for Tanya to email me the pix of our wrap party. I was DRUNK out of my mind... of course :)
